Ordering Information
We are available to receive your order Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CST. We require an authorized purchase order when you place your order. Customer may fax, mail, or email the purchase order. Please use the full product description, product catalog number, unit size, quantity required, and include any special instructions (i.e. lot number). Packaging is subject to change without notice and must be confirmed at the time order is placed.

Pricing
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. A handling fee of $25.00 will be charged per shipment and $15.00 per each additional carton shipped. Products shipped with dry ice are subject to an additional charge of $20.00 domestic. Products are shipped F.O.B. La Marque, TX USA with freight prepaid and added to the invoice.
Shipping
Assay kits are shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight service, Monday-Thursday. Orders placed before noon Central Time will usually be shipped the same day, orders placed after noon will be shipped in the next day.
Payment Terms
All invoices are issued with Net 30 terms. If payment is not received within 30 days, late charges may apply and subsequent orders may be held until past due balances are paid. We may require payment in advance. All payments are to be made in US dollars.
Conditions and Returns
Products are "For Research Use Only (RUO) Not for Use in Diagnostic Procedures". Returns are accepted only with prior approval. Please contact us for instructions.
